  • What is Pasithea's Garden's return policy?
    Providing the highest quality products to our customers is our passion, and we want our customers to love our products as much as we do. Something not quite right? Get in touch and we will happily pay return shipping costs from the US within 45 days of purchase. Expired and On Sale products are final sale, and may not be returned. Feel free to contact us at hello.pasithea@gmail.com if you have any questions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment if items are unopened; store credit will be granted for opened items. Opened or used items may receive a partial credit. Accidents do happen. If your retail order arrived damaged we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no cost to you. We cannot issue cash refunds for gift cards.
