Shipping Policy

Perfection takes time. Please be patient with us at Pasithea's Garden as we work to fulfill your order. Quality is important to us. Please understand that our shipping prices are based on the guidelines and costs of the USPS.

We are committed to providing transparent shipping costs for all our customers. We prioritize prompt shipping for every order, although processing delays may occur during sale events and peak shopping days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Providing the highest quality products to our customers is our passion, and we want our customers to love our products as much as we do. Something not quite right? Get in touch and we will happily pay return shipping costs from the US within 45 days of purchase.

Expired and On Sale products are final sale, and may not be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment if items are unopened; store credit will be granted for opened items. Opened or used items may receive a partial credit.

Accidents do happen. If your retail order arrived damaged we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no cost to you.

We cannot issue cash refunds for gift cards.

Special Care Instructions

Keep your products in a cool place. Natural oils don't fair well in direct sunlight or when exposed to extreme heat of any kind. Please be sure to store away from windows. As always, please understand that Pasithea's Garden makes no medical claims and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
